This half day session will show you the right way to train for your next race. Learn the mechanics of each phase of the race and how to apply them practically. Very detailed on form and function, everything is participatory! The clinics are not geared toward a specific distance of racing, the lessons apply from short course through Ironman. Any skill level is welcome! Sports nutrition and light snacks for the day will be provided, plus a great goody bag!
[br] Basic understanding of multisport training
[br] You should arrive in shape to complete 5 miles of cycling (easy pace), and 2-3 miles of running (easy with breaks). Bring your gear to practice a transition.

[br]12:30pm 1:00pm: Maximum Heart Rate Test to find your proper training zones (add $30) Cougar Field Track
