Join Race Omaha for a Special Stroke and Stride series for Adults and The Youth Splash and Dash Series simulataneously.  This registration is ONLY for the the first two events (2) in the race series at Youngman Lake on May 25th at 6pm and July 6th at Lake Cunningham.

The first event registration option of May 25th is available up until midnight on May 24th.   The second event in the series is offerred as an additional purchase (July 6th at Lake Cunningham).

The Stoke and Stride consists of swimming 1500 or 750m meters and then transitioning into your running shoes for a 3.1mile of 5k run. You receive a swim time and finish time.  This event series was created to celebrate USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships in Omaha again in 2017 as well as special partnership with USA Triathlon for the Splash and Dash Youth Series.

The Youth swim and run courses will be approximately 150m to 300m based on age and approximately 1k to 3k course.

The run course is an out-and-back courses will be out and back courses.

A big highlight of the series will be the swim start from the 300 ft dock setup for Age Group Nationals on August 6th at Levi Carter Park and Carter Lake.  This will be the only chance to practice in the lake prior to Nationals in a competitive race setting.  The other venues are Youngman Lake, Home of the Omaha Women's Triathlon, Duathlon, and 5k Run and the Lake Cunningham (previous home of the Omaha Triathlon).

Race Day Entries available for $35 for adults and $25 for Youth.  Open Water Swim only is $20.

• Chip Timed (Swim Time and Finish Time)

Event Schedule:

• 4:45pm to 5:45pm - Check-in, Chip Distribution, and Late Registrations.

• Race Day Registrations are $35 Adult.  Youth $25.  

• 5:55pm - Final review of the course

• 6:00pm - Race Start Stroke and Stride (Adult)
• 6:30pm - Race Start Splash and Dash (Youth 6 to 14)
• 7:30pm - All participants should have completed the course no later than 7:30pm if not earlier.
