Open water swim in Strode lake from temporary beach. All running is on paved roads within park. The adult bike route exits the park and follows paved, rolling country roads. A common controlled transition area is used by all. ChampionChip timing 24/7 Adult Individual Tri, adult team tri - 500Y swim, 12m bike, 3m run Adult duathalon - 3m run, 12m bike, 3m run Youth Tri, youth team tri - 200Y swim, 4.5m bike, 1m run Clydesdale and Athena divisions
