A three event race consisting of a 15 minute indoor pool swim, 15 minute stationary bike ride and a 2 mile walk/run outside. Each event will be run in waves, with the first wave beginning at 10:00 AM. Each wave will be afforded a 5 minute transition between events.
Overall male and female, first female in each age group , first male in each age group and first team will receive awards. No duplication of performance awarded.
All participants will receive a short sleeve t-shirt. Childcare is available if pre-registered. Shower and bag storage facilites are available in locker rooms; please bring a lock to secure your belongings.

All proceeds benefit the YMCA Invest In Youth Campaign.
Packets will be available at the Westside YMCA Member Service Desk 7:00AM-8:00PM Saturday, April 30 and beginning 9:00AM on race day. Participants will be notified by email or phone prior to the event with assigned swim start times. Packets must be picked up at least 1/2 hour before participant/team swim start time.
