Triathlon : Pool Swim 400 yards, Bike 12.8 miles, Run 3.1 miles

Event starts and ends at Worland Municipal Pool, 17th Street and Washakie Avenue.

Registration begins 7 am, Race starts at 8 am.

400 yard pool swim,

12.8 mi bike (3 laps of a mostly flat, scenic, rural route, all asphalt paved),

5K run (out and back, asphalt)

Individual and team awards, post race drawings.
