2011 Kiwanis Sprint in the Park Triathlon:

This is a wonderful entry-level sprint tri designed to encourage physical fitness through varied forms of exercise blended together in a structured, fun, competitive event

Also a good tune-up event for more experienced athletes !

All proceeds go to youth recreation programs in Litchfield Park; the food items go to the Homeless Youth Connection serving the Southewest Valley.

Course Information:

300 yard serpentine swim in the Litchfield Park Rec Center's 6-lane heated pool.

8.4 mile bike around the interior of Litchfield Park on flat, palm tree lined streets.

Flat 2 mile run around the Rec Center and vicinity on palm tree lined streets and paths.

Directions:

One block south of Old Litchfield Road and Wigwam Blvd intersection in downtown Litchfield Park, Arizona 85340.

Parking available at various marked locations, and shown on MAPS at: active.com.

Packet Pickup: Friday

Pre-event Check-In Friday, April 15th at the Rec Center 2-6PM

Pickup t-shirts, goody-bags, race course maps and answer additional questions.

Bike support on-site by Arizona Cyclery and Multisport
