2011 Upper West Branch Triathlon:
Course Information:

The 4.8 mile run is on a mixture of dirt and paved roads with a negative net elevation gain.
The 5.0 mile paddle is on the West Branch of the Susuquehanna.
The river is flat and smooth with a few riffles; no rapids.
The 15.0 mile bike is on hilly but paved roads with a very fast downhill at the end.

Off Exit 120 (old exit 19)I-80 Route 879 West.
Then 879 West to Curwensville onto Route 453 South.
