2011 Tropical Indoor Quadrathlon:

  • The inaugural Tropical Indoor Quadrathlon will be held on Sunday February 20th, 2011 at the Campus Recreation & Wellness Center at the University of Iowa.
  • Just like a triathlon, but with a fun twist added as the fourth event!

    • Course Information:


  • Event 1: Swim 10 minutes
  • Transition #1: 10 minutes
  • Event 2: Row 10 minutes
  • Transition #2: 5 minutes
  • Event 3: Run 10 minutes
  • Transition #3: 5 minutes
  • Event 4: Bean Bag Toss - (3 tosses with each success adding 25 yards to your total)
