_ 2017 University Health Club Indoor Triathlon:
• This is a time-based triathlon.
• Triathletes will swim for 10 minutes, bike for 30 minutes, & run for 20 minutes.
• The events are scored by distance acheived.
• Great for the experienced as well as the beginner triathlete!
Course Information:
• All of the events will be indoors.
• The swim will be completed in a 25 meter salt-water swimming pool.
• The bike portion, on a LifeCycle GX Indoor Cycle with SPD clips.
• The run, on a LifeFitness 95t treadmill.
Directions:
We are located on the OU Health Sciences Center campus in Oklahoma City on the northeast corner of 8th and Lincoln.
