2011 Haryman Triathlons:

  • Join us on Saturday, May 21nd, 2011 at New York's Harriman State Park for the seventh annual Harryman Triathlon.
  • Lake Welch serves as the backdrop for this early season race. Only 30 miles from New York City, Harriman State Park's scenic beauty and hilly terrain will make you feel like you're in the Adirondacks.
  • We will host both the Half and Olympic races on the same day.

    • Course Information:



    Half Iron Distance:
  • Start with a brisk swim in Lake Welch.
  • Followed by a 4-Lap hilly bike course with 1500+ feet of elevation gain/loss per lap
  • Finish with a difficult road run course that includes 1,200 feet of elevation gain/loss.

  • Start with a brisk swim in Lake Welch.
  • Followed by a 2-Lap hilly bike course with 1500+ feet of elevation gain/loss per lap.
  • Finish with a moderately difficult out & back run course over rolling (paved) terrain with 560 feet of elevation gain/loss.
