This two hour seminar features both lecture and practical portions to help you learn balance and confidence.
Drills and a tutorial on fixing flat tires is included.

Includes a 30-40 minute lecture on cycling, including: bike handling skills, proper form on different terrain (hills, flats, wind), speed vs. distance, what to wear, understanding tire pressure, cadence, high vs. low gear, training properly for your next event and more!
Then, we hit the road for about an hour to practice including drills you can do on your own! Expect to ride approximately 5 miles or so, but this is not a workout, its in instructional clinic.

[br]Traveling North: Take Exit 35 for South Street. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Continue for approximately 12 mile and Loantaka Brook Recreation Area entrance is on the LEFT.
[br]Traveling South: Take Exit 35. At the end of the ramp, turn RIGHT onto Madison Avenue. Travel to the traffic light and turn LEFT onto South Street. Continue for approximately 12 mile and Loantaka Brook Recreation Area entrance is on the LEFT.

[br]Proceed to South Street, follow South Street. Seaton Hackney Stables and Loantaka Brook Recreation Area will be on the LEFT about 12 mile past Woodland Avenue.
[br]To reach Loantaka Brook Reservation on Kitchell Road, continue on South Street to end and turn LEFT onto Spring Valley Road. The third road on the LEFT is Kitchell Road. Loantaka Brook Reservation is on the LEFT.
