Pick one or, if you're up for the challenge, do all three.
In beautiful Atwood Park on the south edge of Rockford, Illinois we have a challenge for you.
Start off with the Kish Cross 3 mile trail race at 7:30 followed by the Du The Kish Off-Road Duathlon (2 mile trail run, 10 mile mountain bike race with another 2 mile trail run to close it off) at 9:00 then... if your legs haven't completely rebelled yet, saddle back up on your bike for the Do The Kish Mountain Bike Race. There are two classes; Expert which consists of 5 - 5 mile laps (25 miles) or Sport which is ONLY 15 miles. The Expert division takes off at 12:00 and at 12:05 the Sport group will be unleashed.
