Participants will compete in waves of 8. You will be assigned and emailed your wave along with additional event information by November 2, 2016.

Participants will receive a t-shirt and a brandana. T-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed after October 7, 2016.
1st, 2nd and 3rd place place Male and Female for Row-Bike-Run and Swim-Bike-Run will receive a medal.
