Welcome to the 2016 Cycle for Sight, presented by Dickson Lion's Club. Both routes have been revised and improved to highlight more of the rural scenery of Dickson County. Ride through the unrivaled fall beauty of the hills, forest, meadows, and farmland of western Middle Tennessee. Rest stops include the historic Dickson County Courthouse square, where the oldest courthouse in Tennessee is located, and Cumberland Furnace, where the iron industry of the 18th century originated.
Proceeds from this event will be used for sight conservation and help support other club projects.
New Location: Start/Finish will be at the Bibb-White Bluff Civic Center, 1054 Old Charlotte Road, White Bluff, TN 37187
After the ride, plan to enjoy the day in White Bluff and visit the annual White Bluff Main Street Festival. Enjoy food, live music, vendors, and fun for the family.
Event details and schedule
Packet pickup and registration opens at 7:00 AM; ride begins at 8:00 AM. The cost to register the day of the ride is $30.00 but t-shirts are not guaranteed.
Both rides feature scenic rural back roads with good pavement. Terrain is varied with some "challenging" hills.
