The Tri by the Sea will include two age groups for a total of 150 slots. 100 slots allocated to the 7-10 year olds and 50 slots allocated to the 11-15 year olds, determined by USAT guidelines. Your age is the age you are on December 31 of the current calendar year. The distances for the 7 -10 year olds are as follows:
7-10 Age Group
75 yard swim
1.5 mile bike
0.6 mile run
11-15 Age Group
175 yard swim
5.8 mile bike
1 mile run
Included in the fee will be 3 training clinics from 2:45 - 3:45 pm on the following dates:
September 10 - Run
September 17 - Bike & Transitions
September 24 - Pool
Packet pickup: Saturday, October 1st @ C Salt
