The apocalypse has started in Bear Creek Regional Park. At the end of this adventure alll are invited to the "I Survived the Zombie Apocalypse Party" including emergency preparedness booths, music and food. This is a fun event aimed at creating awareness for community and individual emergency preparedness.
Be a human or a zombie for the annual “Be Prepared… Don’t Be a Zombie”-Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, at Fox Bear Creek Park in Colorado Springs. First run begins at 10 a.m. with multiple heats to follow. The 3K course meanders through the Bear Creek Regional Park trails.
Event proceeds will be used to support emergency preparedness community activities.
Event details and schedule
The race is a 3K gravel trail traverses uneven terrain with moderate elevation gains with obstacles that you can opt out.
Runners ages 8 and older. Zombies 12 and older.
Please arrive early to allow time to park and register. Parking is limited.
TEAM REGISTRATIONS - Get your coworkers, friends or extended family and save $3 per person. Minimum Team of 5
