TOBAY Triathlon:
• Kids Triathlon on Saturday.
• Sprint Triathlon on Sunday.
Course Information:
Swim:
• 1/2 mile in calm Oyster Bay Harbor
Bike:
• 15 kilometers.
• One loop.
• Ride through beautiful Oyster Bay, Laurel Hollow, and Cove Neck.
• Fairly hilly but with a 2.9 mile downhill to the finish!!
Run:
• 5K through Mill Neck & Brookville.
• Up to Planting Fields Arboretum.
• Then back down to Roosevelt Park.
