- Family friendly 5k and Kids' 1k to benefit young artists in Adams County. The course is certified and professionally timed.
Course Information:
The run takes place on the trails around Carpenter Park in Thornton. The course starts and ends in the south parking lot at Carpenter Park. The course is mostly paved path with some dirt. Next to the paved path, for most of the course there is a gravel path or grass. The course is USATF certified.
Directions:
To park, turn west off Colorodo Blvd. at E. 108th Ave., just south of Margaret Carpenter Recreation Center.

September 1-16: 1st Adult $30, add'l Adults and Children 13 & under $20
Day of race: 1st Adult $35, add'l Adults and Children 13 & under $25
