- 2016 Blackstone Valley Triathlon - Sunday August 7, 7:30am start!
Come join us at beautiful Marion's Camp in Sutton, MA and participate in an Olympic-distance Triathlon!
The Triathlon starts with a time-trail format for a 0.9 mile swim in the clear waters of Lake Singletary. Then participants will head out around the smooth and fast country roads through Sutton and Douglas, MA for a 24 mile bike ride. On the bike course, you'll enjoy the monster downhill in the middle part of the course; but what goes down must come up - be sure your granny gear is fully functional! The 10k run wraps up the day - one loop around the lake rounds out the test for the day. In addition to an Aquabike (swim and bike only) division, we also offer an Aquathlon (swim and run only) and a Paddle division too for all the SUPers and kayakers (3 mile course).
A portion of the race proceeds will benefit the Sutton Food Pantry as well as the Marion's Camp Rejuvenation Fund.
Registration for the event includes finisher medal, timing splits, post-race breakfast spread. Race swag is available for purchase separately through online registration (free ones are NOT included with registration; this keeps the entry fees down and allows us to offer a variety of high quality products for sale)
