Cheyenne Regional's Scrub Shuffle is a local 5K/10K family race that is asking families to get outside and raise awareness for a major concern in our community, mental health. This race will not only promote healthy habits, but will also raise much needed funds for Cheyenne Regional's Behavioral Health Department (BHS). BHS helps approximately 850 patients in our community each year. With exercise being a proven way to reduce stress, depression, anxiety, and mood state this department would greatly benefit from a variety of exercise equipment.
Course Information:
The Scrub Shuffle will offer a free 1K kids race before the start of the 5K/10K races.
Both the 5K and 10K race will start and end at Cahill Park and be on the Greenway for their appropiate distances.
Other Info:
Kid's t-shirts will be available on race day for $10. Registration for the 5K/10K race include an adult shirt.
