Come enjoy a full-filled weekend at the Queen of the Crest Triathlon, an all-women's sprint distance triathlon/duathlon that will take place on Sunday, July 31, 2016 in Wildwood Crest, NJ. Swim in Sunset Lake, ride through the beautiful Cape May National Wildlife Refuge and finish off with a beach run into Sunrise Park. This year's event includes great race swag, catered breakfast & awards that are fit for a Queen!

Course Information:
Swim
• 600 meter swim will be an out and back swim in Sunset Lake.
Bike
• Ten mile/two loop course through streets of Wildwood Crest. The course is flat and very scenic as you make your way through the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge.
Run
• 3.1 miles, out and back on the hard packed sand of Wildwood Crest.
