Located on the beautiful Gloucester County Institute of Technology campus, athletes of all athletic abilities compete on this completely closed flat course. Athletes will swim in an indoor 50m pool and run through open woods and trails. This event is to introduce kids to the sport of triathlon and is part of USA Triathlon's National Splash & Dash Series. Kids ages 5 to 15 can participate, following USA Triathlons Participate Race Age requirements. Swim aids (floaties, swim vests, etc.) are permitted.
Splash & Dash Race Distances
5 to 6 AG - 50 Meters Swim, .25 Miles Run
7 to 10 AG - 100 Meters Swim, .50 Miles Run
11 to 15 AG - 200 Meters Swim, 1 Mile Run
Event Fees (Jan 1st - Aug 7th)
1st Athlete - $25
2nd Athlete (from same family) - $20
3rd+ Athlete (from same family) - $15
