Sprint Adult (18 and older)Tirathlon Swim 1K, Bike 15K, Run 5K. The swim will a triangular course on Lake Pennessewassee with a transition to a relatively flat bike course along country roads and back to the transition to the run on paved country roads and gravel and grass trails overlooking the lake
Event details and schedule
The race will begin promtly at 8:00 AM EDT. Participants should arrive between 6:15 am and 7:30 am to set up. Racers will meet with the race director at 7:30 am. Race packet pick-up on Friday July 8th between 4:00 and 8:00 pm and on race day at 6:30 am. Awards will be given for first through third place finishes, overall, in men and women individual and relays. Awards will also be given to first through third finishers in age groups 19 and under and every 5 year age intervals. This is ADULT event. You must be 18 or older to enter
