2016 Westside YMCA Indoor/Outdoor Triathlon:
The Westside Y challenges all to push their limits and participate in a fun, indoor and outdoor fitness race. This event is perfect for any level. Experienced racers can test their personal bests, newcomers can experience a low pressure trialthlon in a controlled setting, and families can work as a team to be active together. This three event race consists of a 15 minute indoor swim, 15 minute stationary bike ride, and a 2 mile walk/run outside. Each event will be run in waves, with the first wave beginning at 8:30am. Each wave will be afforded a 5 minute transition between events.
Course Information:
Swim is an indoor pool.
Stationary bikes will be outside if weather cooperates.
The run/walk is outside.
Directions:
The Westside Family YMCA is west of Rochester, NY, just off Elmgrove Road in Gates.
