Get a jump start on triathlon season with the Team Iron Fish triathlon clinic!
Experienced team coaches will lead youth through a series of drills and activities to learn and develop skills for swimming, biking, and running in a safe and fun environment.
When & Where
Clinic will take place at Centenary College of Louisiana.
Registration & Check in: 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. at Centenary College Fitness Center
Clinic: 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Ages
Kids between the ages of 8-15 are welcome. We will split into age specific groups & swim abilities and rotate through stations.
*It is strongly recommended that participants have moderate swim ability and be able to complete the following distances in a pool: 75 yards (younger than 12) and 150 yards (12 & up). Please contact us for questions concerning youth swimming.
Registration
$30 Online registration closes Friday, April 15th at 5:00 p.m.
$35 On site registration is available.
