Course Information:
SWIM:
- The Swim takes place in False River starting at the Morrison Parkway boat launch.
- The course is an 800 meter out and back course.
- Previous years races have been wetsuit legal. This year the race will be held a few weeks later than previous years so the race may not be wetsuit legal. Please prepare for both.
BIKE: - The bike course is a flat and fast 30k (18.6 mile) couse starting and finishing in downtown New Raods.
RUN: - The run course is a 5k (3.1 mile)
