A one day clinic designed for beginner to intermediate athletes. Participants will spend time in swim, bike and run disciplines with guest coaches, Beth Gabhart and Anna Demerly. Question and answer time will be provided. Participants will receive a TRY Knox County T-shirt! Participants are asked to bring their bikes and trainers. If you do not have a trainer, let us know at [email protected] Please pack your own lunch and snacks! Water will be provided! Come prepared for a day of hard work, learning and FUN!
