Participants will compete based upon distance completed within an allotted time frame. Perfect for the newbie who always wanted to try a tri but may not want to go jump in a lake, and the seasoned triathlete who is looking for some winter training.
Staggered waves will begin at 7am.
13 minute swim
15 minute Spin Bike
15 minute Treadmill Run
Complete with finisher medal and refreshments post race.
