Beach swim start.

Fast and flat bike course.

Flat and fast run.

Lums Pond State Park is located at 1068 Howell School Road, Bear, DE 19701.

Parking is available at Area #1 and Area #2 at Lums Pond State Park.

Parking attendants will be available to assist you with parking.

Important:

Please be aware that once the race begins, the road leading in and out of Lums Pond State Park will be used by participants as it is part of the race course.
