2016 Montclair State University Indoor Triathlon:

Location: Student Recreation Center Pool
Registration: Main Office Student Recreation Center or call at 973-655-3340
Cost: $10 for Students, $15 for Faculty & Staff, $25 for Outside Community
Participants compete in time-based events, including swimming, biking and running. Each person is assigned a lane, bike and treadmill on which to compete. There is a 15, then 5 minute transition between each event. The transition from swim to bike is now 15 minutes, and the transition from bike to run is still 5 minutes.
There will be a 10 minute swim, a 30 minute bike, and a 15 minute run. Each heat will have 8 participants, starting at 8:00am. Participants will be emailed the week before for the specific heat they will compete in.
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Each heat lasts approximately 50 minutes. Those pre-registered will be informed of the exact flight time the day before.
Participants are required to bring a change of clothes (from bathing suit). They should also bring a lock for the locker rooms.

Indoor course.
10 minute swim, 30 minute bike, 20 minute run on treadmill
Each participant will be assigned a half-lane, a stationary bike (which can be set at any level) and a treadmill.
