Serious and recreational runners, multi-sport and adventure athletes, or just row-curious? Bring friends and challenge yourself at the First Annual Row'd Runner, GAR's Row and Run Duathlon starting at First Magnitude Brewery in Gainesville. Participants will row 2 kilometers on a rowing machine followed by a 3 kilometer run on the scenic Hawthorne Trail beginning at 10:00 am on Saturday February 27. All proceeds will benefit Gainesville Area Rowing, a non- profit corporation promoting rowing as a sport for high school students, middle school students, and adults in the Gainesville and Alachua County area.

The race will be run in waves of 25 participants. You will be contacted after registering to receive an exact starting time.
Never been on a rowing machine? Now is your chance to try and experienced rowers will be available before, after, and during the event to offer advice on your technique. Come join us to row and run to help support Gainesville Area Rowing
