2015 MCBH "The Beast" 10K:
• Join Marine Corps Community Services in kicking off the first ever off site BACKCOUNTRY ADVENTURE RACE of the 2016 Commanding Officer’s Semper Fit Race Series. This adventurous event will start and finish at the MARINE CORPS TRAINING AREA at BELLOWS AFB, WAIMANALO, HI.
• The run course is 6.5 miles in distance with 6 “circuit stations”.
• The race is open to the public.
• All participants will receive a participation medal
Course Information:
• The run course is 6.5 miles in distance with 6 “circuit stations” throughout to test your strength and endurance. Circuit stations will include Sand Bag Farmer’s Carry, Burpees, Smurf Jacks and other body weight exercises. Compete as an individual or as a 4 person team.
