Gildan Esprit de She San Diego is excited to host a full-morning of ladies-only triathlon, duathlon and 5K events at South Shores Park on Mission Bay! Celebrating athletes of all paces and passions, the event begins on Sunday, Oct. 16 at 7 a.m.
Post-race, visit the Lifestyle Market and salute your success with a drink at the Bubbly Bar; enjoy healthy eats; and manicures, massages and hair braiding at the Panasonic Beauty Bar.
Gildan Esprit de She San Diego is a proud supporter of Girls on the Run San Diego and Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance (OCRFA). As part of the OCRFA partnership, participants are invited to start the race in the Survivor Wave of the triathlon as a means of honoring and celebrating cancer survivors.

The Gildan Esprit de She San Diego Triathlon takes place in and around South Shores Park. The swim is an out-and-back course starting at the boat launch, with the bike course looping around Fiesta Island and the run circling between the water and Sea World Drive. - Course Maps
