- 2016 Pottstown Half-Marathon & 5k:
The Half Marathon begins at 7 am and, loops around the borough of Pottstown and finishes at Riverfront Park.
Awards presentation takes place at Riverfront Park at 10:45 am. This year, the Pottstown Half Marathon is the Road Runners Club of America Pennsylvania state championship race.
Race Expo and bib pickup on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Sly Fox Brewery, 331 Circle of Progress, Pottstown, PA 19464. Bib pickup also available the morning of the race.
A share of the proceeds benefits Operation Backpack, a local Pottstown organization that works to keep local school children fed. Learn more at OperationBP.org.
Course Information:
• The Half Marathon course loops around the borough of Pottstown and ends in Riverfront Park, just down the street from the starting line. This is a course with rolling hills with approximately 530 feet of total elevation gain.
• The 5k is an out and back course beginning at the college.
