Harrity & Harrity, LLP is sponsoring its 5th Annual 5k Race for a Cure and 1 mile fun walk to raise money for Juvenile Diabetes (JDRF) and Children's Cancer (ALSF). 100% of your registration fee goes to support the charity you choose.
JDRF is the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. JDRF’s goal is to progressively remove the impact of T1D from people’s lives until we achieve a world without T1D. JDRF collaborates with a wide spectrum of partners and is the only organization with the scientific resources, regulatory influence, and a working plan to better treat, prevent, and eventually cure T1D.
ALSF cares about the quality of life for childhood cancer patients and their families: In addition to funding cutting edge research and making new treatments available to children with cancer, we are one of the only national charities that funds pediatric oncology nursing research and grants, designed to improve the quality of life and care as children battle cancer.
