Join us at the scenic Tennessee Riverpark at 9:00am Saturday, March 19^th to celebrate International Down Syndrome Day and to help raise awareness for our loved ones with Down Syndrome in the Chattanooga area. This is a perfect way to show your support for those in our community who are more like you than they are different!

Run a competitive 5K timed by the Chattanooga Track Club OR run/walk/stroll in a 1-mile Family Fun Run. Children under 12 can also participate in the Kiddie K (1K)!!!

Join us in advocating inclusion, raising awareness, and supporting local programs & services for individuals with Down Syndrome & their families. We would greatly appreciate your support in the 3rd annual Dash for DS.

$30 for 5K   T-Shirt included

$20 for 1-Mile Family Fun Run (kids under 5 are free) T-Shirt included

$15 for Kiddie-K/1K (12 and under) T-Shirt included

Day-of Registration:

$40 for 5K *(T-Shirt included, available as supplies last.)

$25 for 1 Mile Family Fun Run (kids under 5 are free) T-Shirt included- as supplies last

*Family Pack available for Family Fun Run - 3 or more individuals in same family/household (without DS) = $50 to register online or $60 day of race

$20 for Kiddie-K/1K  (12 and under) T-Shirt included -as supplies last

*Children registered for Kiddie-K may participate in 5K (w/o timing chip) or 1-mile at no additional charge. Please note that all children regardless of age (except those with DS) who participate in Kiddie-K are charged a registration fee. 1 adult may accompany child in Kiddie-K at no charge. All participants in Kiddie-K will receive an award of completion.
