2016 Tuckahoe Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquathlon:

  Enjoy a swim in calm waters!  The .25 mile swim is perfect for beginners and for the seasoned athletes who want to boost their rankings with USAT.   The swim starts at Beesley's Point Sea-Doo.  The transition area is set up at the end of Route 9 between the Tuckahoe Inn Restaurant and Beesley's Point Sea-Doo.  The run is flat and fast in the neighborhood.  Receive a colorful and cool tshirt, finishers medal and a goodie bag full with samples from our sponsors.  Stay to enjoy our awards ceremony and fresh brew coffee, and fresh bagels with SPREADS.

• 6:00am Packet Pickup and Race Day Registrations!!!
• 6:10 am Transition Area Opens.  USAT marshal inspects handlebars.
• 6:45 am Mandatory Pre-Race meeting
• 6:50 am National Anthem
• 7:00 am TRIATHLON Swim Waves Begin (3 minute intervals) Waves might change at discretion of the race director!
  • 1st Wave Male 45 and older & Under (WHITE Swim Cap)
  • 2nd Wave Female & Under (YELLOW Swim Cap)
  • 3rd Wave Male 44 and younger, Relays, Aquabike & Up (RED Swim Cap)
• 7:30 am LAST WAVE! DUATHLON Begins
• 8:30 am Official/Penalty List Posted
• 9:15 am Official Results Posted
• 10:00 am Awards Ceremony

Parking

1. Tuckahoe Inn Restaurant ONLY THE BACK PARKING LOT.  DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT!
2. The OFFICIAL parking lot for the race is at the C R Holdings or BL England Power electrical plant..   See maps here.   There is also a small area available at Beesley's Point See Doo, however if you park here you have to wait until the end of the race to leave.
3. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE BOAT RAMP!!!
4. You may also park in the neighborhood lateral streets and then walk to transition area.  PLEASE NOTE:  THERE IS NO PARKING ON ROUTE 9 AS YOU WILL BE BLOCKING THE BIKE ROUTE.
