Start Location: Cutter St & Eastern Promenade /Finish at Sewage Treatment Plant Rd & Marginal Way

For whom: Proceeds benefit Mesothelioma Research. Race is in memory of John W. Griffin, a pipefitter, Navy veteran, & City Councilor who passed away in 2003 after a 1 month diagnosis of cancer including mesothelioma.                                                                                                                                              

After party is at Fore Play Sports Pub 436 Fore St with food, Coors Light & Shipyard Beverage Specials & football games on HD TVs.

ALL PARTICIPANTS ENTERED INTO A RAFFLE FOR A PAIR OF TICKETS FOR A NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS GAME(PARTICIPANTS & SPECTATORS MAY PURCHASE ADDITIONAL CHANCES ONLINE OR EVENT DAY FOR $5 PER CHANCE)

*This is a point-to-point race for packet pickup and the after party. 5-Miler Start is approximately 1.3 miles from Fleet Feet Maine Running. Finish for both events is 0.3 miles from Fleet Feet Maine Running Company. Maps will be provided. The rides there are your responsibility. Join our Facebook page for ride forum if you need rides to the start. PLEASE DO NOT PARK NEAR THE START AREA, DUE TO CONCERT SET-UP.

Directions to Start

From Fleet Feet Maine Running Company on Marginal Way, take a left out of the parking lot onto Diamond St and turn left onto Fox St. At your second stop sign bear slightly to the left and continue up Walnut St. Continue to the end and turn right onto the Eastern Promenade, race start is 0.5 miles on your left.
