The 5th annual Man Meets Mud 5K takes place at the scenic Lower Shore Family YMCA in Pocomoke City, MD. The course consists of off road trails, grassy terrain, paved trails with 24+ obstacles to keep you having the muddiest fun ever. Obstacles include a giant slip n slide, hills to climb,a warped wall, hurdles to cross, pits to crawl through, tires, a cargo net, monkey bars and MORE! The event also includes a Kids ONLY wave on a shortened course for kids ages 12 & under; great local food, beer and a post-race festival complete with live music.
New for 2016; for those of you who are competitive we are offering a 9am competeors wave with chip timing and awards for the fastest in each age category.

- 7:30am Packet Pick up and Day Of Registration Begins
- 9:00am Competitor Wave
- 10:00am KIDS ONLY Wave for kids ages 12 & under
- 10:50 kids course is cleared
- 11:00am Friends & Family Waves begin
- 12:30 Battle of the Business
- 3:00pm Last Friends & Family Wave begins
- 4:00pm Course Closes
- 4:00 - 6:00pm Post Race Festival
