Run course: 5K run that circles through the park on mostly trails. Surface is fairly flat and easy!
Bike course: 10 miles on bike path out and back, mostly flat on the awesome "Rails for Trails" bike path.
Tennis Rally: You complete a 25 point rally on court with a tennis pro. (Racquet and balls provided)
Age Groups: 15 & Under; 15-19; 20-19; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 & up.
Shirts: Tech shirts (unisex and women's) guaranteed to all participants registered by March 19th. After this date, shirts will be available while supplies last.
Awards: Custom awards will go to top 3 OVERALL M/F winners in all age groups. There will be a special Grand Champion Award given to the winners of the playoff between 1st place male/2nd place female vs 1st place female/2nd place male. This will be a 4 game pro set mixed doubles tennis match on Stadium Court.
Extra: We will provide breakfast before the race. Following the race we will provide lunch! We will also have the Treadstone Climbing Gym climbing wall and opportunities to try some tennis or do some Cardio Tennis!
