The race will take place on Sunday,September 25, 2016 - 7:30 a.m. sharp.
All events start and finish at Heiring and Ocean Aves, Seaside Park, NJ.

1/4 mile swim , 16 mile Bike and 5k Run
Duathlon Distances
2 mile run, 16 mile Bike and 5k Run
AquaVelo Distances
1/4 mile swim , 16 mile Bike
6;30 - 7;15 am check-in, packet pickup and race day registration
7:15 am pre-race briefing
7:30 am races start(3-5 waves based on # of entrants)
The swim is in the Ocean.
The bike and run will be contested roads
through Seside Heights and Seaside Park
The run will be on the boardwalk
The course is flat and fast.
All participants must have a USAT insurance license or include insurance fee with entry fee.
USAT Insurance for 2016: $12 one day insurance. Please include with entry fee. USA Triathlon

The swim course will depend on the current on race day but will be in the Ocean
Bike
The bike course is out and back 3 loops on Ocean Ave and is fast and flat
Run
The run course is on the boardwalk

From North
Garden State Pkwy South
Take exit 82 for RT-37 East toward Seaside Heights/Island Beach State Park
Merge onto RT-37
Merge onto RT-35 North toward Seaside Hgts/Pt Pleasant
Turn right RT-35 which becomes Boulevard
turn left onto Hiering Ave
From East
Take RT-70 East stay on route 70 around three traffic circles
roughly about 43-45 miles until lakehurst then take Slight right at RT-37 east
toward Seaside Heights/Island Beach State Park
Merge onto RT-37
Merge onto RT-35 North toward Seaside Hgts/Pt Pleasant
Turn right RT-35 which becomes Boulevard
turn left onto Hiering Ave
From South
Take Garden State Pkwy North
Take exit 82 toward Seaside Heights/Island Beach State Park/Island Heights
Merge onto RT-37
Merge onto RT-35 North toward Seaside Hgts/Pt Pleasant
Turn right RT-35 which becomes Boulevard
turn left onto Hiering Ave
