The 2016 inaugural Lucky Charm 5k/10k will open the race calendar with an exciting run through the capital city. Created by runners, the Lucky Charm course is built for runners of all abilities. Starting in the morning of March 19th, the race will open up the St. Patrick's Day festivities in downtown Harrisburg. Come join us in the morning and stick around for the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade, promoted by the CRAIC PA.
New runners looking for their first race will love the excitement of a fun St. Patrick's Day race. Leprechauns, rainbows, lucky charms and lots of green will create the perfect atmosphere for great post-race memories. Experienced runners will enjoy the mild March temperatures, flat and scenic course that will inspire great performances and even PRs. With two distance options, the 5k and the 10k races will provide runners with the perfect challenge.
