2016 Laguna Niguel Triathlon & 5K:
• Laguna Niguel Triathlon, 5K and Kids Run are an adult and youth sprint triathlon event for all fitness levels and abilities. Even if you have never raced, competed or participated in a triathlon you'll have a great time at this event because we will make it simple to get started. The pool swim helps new swimmers feel more comfortable. If you have a few races under your belt this will be a great race to work the spring cobwebs out and get ready for longer summer races. It will include a community expo and finish line festival.

Adult Sprint Triathlon (for ages 18+)
3 Mile Run | 10 Mile Bike | 175 Yards Swim
Youth Sprint Triathlon (for ages 11-17)
3 Mile Run | 10 Mile Bike | 175 Yards Swim
Junior Triathlon (Kids Triathlon for ages 5-11)
0.5 Mile Run | 0.6 Mile Bike | 25 Yards Swim
Directions:
From 5 Freeway, exit Crown Valley Parkway to the west then go approx. 3.8 miles to Crown Valley Community Park.
