The 1st annual Turkey Trot Trail Run - 5k and Fun Run takes place on a scenic trail course during the peak of autumn. It starts at the trail entrance near the batting cages and winds through the wooded trail of the Sumter County Parks & Recreation Department, Sports Complex back to the Soccer fields. This is an off-road trail course, there are a few curves as the course follows the wooded trail. The event also includes pre-race activities for the whole family!
