Course Information

15K Run 

Composed of a flat, scenic country-road course with Coronado Heights hill (1 mile running distance up a circular, rugged road) at the heart of the race, this is a demanding course; please train accordingly. Aid stations (water) and split times will be provided throughout the course. The starting line will be at the intersection of Main and Lincoln streets; the finish line will be in close proximity to the starting line.

Please Note: there is a 2 hour time limit on the completion of this course.

5K Run

The 5K Run is conducted on a flat blacktop course around the city of Lindsborg.  Aid stations (water) and split times will be provided throughout the race. The Starting Line will be at the intersection of the Main and Lincoln streets. The Finish Line will be on Main Street. 

2 Mile Walk 

The 2 Mile Walk is conducted on a flat blacktop course around town. The Starting Line will be at the intersection of the Main and Lincoln streets. The Finish Line will be on Main Street,.

No awards given for the 2-Mile Walk.

1 Mile Youth Fun Run 

The 1 mile Youth Fun Run (ages 5-14), will be run on a flat blacktop course around town.  The Starting Line will be at the intersection of the Main and Grant streets.  The Finish Line will be on Main Street.  All runners will receive a medal for participating.  We will not have age divisions. 

*Parents are encouraged to run with their child.

Race Numbers

Race numbers may be picked up at Vision_Tek, (121 S. Main Street) prior to the race, starting at 6:30 a.m.

T-Shirts

All registered runners will be given a long sleeve T-Shirt to commemorate the race. Please register by October 8th! Late registrations can not be guaranteed a shirt.

Awards

The award ceremony will take place at the Vision_Tek following the completion of the races. A 1st place award will be given to the overall male and overall female winners in both the 5K and the 15K races only. Awards will be given in each age group, both male and female (see Age Divisions). Note: Overall winners are not eligible for age division awards.
