Join us for the 4th annual Splash and Dash at Forest Park Aquatic Center presented by Redline Events.
Test your fitness, challenge your friends or just come out for a fun day at an amazing pool. There are two race options - Splash and Dash; 500 meter swim, 5k run.
Splash Dash Splash; 500m swim, 5k run, 500m swim.
Proceeds of this event will go towards the Forest Park Aquatic Center.
Awards will be handed out to the top three finishers in the following divisions:
Female 35 and under
Female 36+
Male 35 and under
Male 36+
Registration includes:

Sunglasses
Post race meal
All day access to the pool for participants, family and friends(must be inside pool area before 10:00am).
Course Information:
The swim will be in the outdoor pool. Transition will be on the pool deck, and the run will take place on a traffic-free trail around the aquatics center.
