YMCA of Frederick County's 7th annual Women's only sprint triathlon. The race takes place in Frederick County at Middletown High School in Middletown, MD. The sprint will include a 300 yard pool swim, a 10 mile bike ride with rolling hills and fast downhill finish and a 5K run in and around Middetown Park. The unique women's only event will give you the opportunity to challenge yourself while at the same time help the YMCA succeed in its mission to help make a difference in the lives of families in Frederick County through the YMCA Annual Campaign.
Course Information:
