The McDonough County "Grin and Bear It" 5K Run/Walk is about helping the community and giving back to those in need. All proceeds from this event will go to help fund a future dental day in McDonough County. Individuals 18 and older will be seen by a dentist and receive dental treatment free of charge. Dental health is important for overall health. Won't you Grin and Bear this run though the woods to help out a person in need. Together we can move towards healthier smiles for all.
