Course Information:
The race begins in staggered heats based off of participant's 500 yard seed time and start time preference as early as 6:40 a.m. and at twenty minute intervals thereafter. After the 500 yard swim in the Paul Stock Aquatic & Recreation Center pool, competitors will take a +/- 12 mile out-and-back bike ride followed by a 3.1 mile run. The start, finish and all transitions take place at the Rec Center.
