Course Information:
Swim 1/4 mile on Rainy Lake
Bike 11 miles from City Beach to Jackfish Bay and back
Run 5K starting and ending at City Beach
Directions:
Take Highway 11 East from International Falls, through Ranier to County Road 20

Open to ages 13 and up, enter as individual, team of two or team of three.
Register early & save! Fees increase after August 1. Free t-shirt for registrations before August 1, 2015. Prizes for top finishers and prize drawings during the event.
